The area that I work

I work in an area called Sang-dong. It is really great as it is literally a ten minute walk from my apartment so really quick and easy to get to. The building I work in is called "Megaplus" which is right in the middle of Sang-dong, more known as "Downtown Bucheon". The buildings here in Korea are very different to those in the UK and other Western countries as there are many different companies on each floor. For example, on one floor in Megaplus there are a few restaurants, a bar, a beauty salon and a bank! And that is just on one floor! Amazing or what? The area is really convenient as there are various shops and departments stores such as Homeplus (Tesco for you Brits out there!) and Savezone nearby. Also at the bottom of my building is one of our favourite places that all the teachers regularly go for lunch! You can buy really tasty Korean food for lunch which will fill you up for hours and costs less than £2!!! Bargain!
